Terms and Conditions

1. Member score lasts 12 months from purchase date.
2. Points cannot be transferred or merged with other accounts.
3. All redeemed gifts & score are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. A membership account is valid for a 365-day membership cycle from the membership sign-up date.
(Delivery Fee will not count towards spending)
5. Membership, privileges, and loyalty points are only applicable to purchases made at Formulas Beauty Stores.
6. Member score and gifts are for the member's personal use only and must be redeemed in person
7. Points are recorded based on our company's records. In case of any disputes, Formulas Beauty Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
