1.1 Delivery Areas and Shipping Fees
1. Enjoy free shipping for orders over HKD$480.
2. Orders below HKD$480 are subject to shipping fees.
3.Your order will be delivered through the third-party logistics provider SF Express.
4. HK pickup options: Home Delivery or Pickup at SF Express Business Stations.
1.2 Track your order
After payment is completed, the system will dispatch the order to the third-party logistics company SF Express and you will receive a confirmation email with the “Tracking Number”.
1.3 Delivery Time
1. Orders will be shipped within 【5】 working days after payment.
2. Delivery services may be affected by seasonal factors (e.g., during major sales events) or holidays (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year, or Easter), leading to longer delivery times. Please stay tuned for further notifications.
4. No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
5. If customers require a specific delivery time, please contact the courier company directly.
1.4 Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. If an order contains more than one shipping box, the third-party logistics provider may deliver them separately, with varying arrival times based on their delivery arrangements.
2. While we pack all delivery items with care, we are not liable for damages or losses caused by errors made by the logistics company during shipping. We will assist customers in pursuing claims against the logistics company but will not provide compensation.
3. The third-party logistics provider will deliver to the address specified in the order. Scheduled delivery services are only available for local addresses in Hong Kong.
4. Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made, including the recipient's address. For further assistance, please contact us.
5. When goods are delivered to the provided address, they are considered delivered to and received by the customer. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Undeliverable items will be returned to us, and we reserve the right to cancel the customer's order.
7. If the recipient authorizes someone else to receive the goods, we and the third-party logistics provider are not liable for any associated risks or losses.
8. The third-party logistics provider will make reasonable efforts to deliver goods by the promised date, but delays may occur.
9. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by uncontrollable factors like natural disasters, political factors, strikes, nuclear explosions, or war.
10. Customers are advised to check the products promptly upon receipt. If the product has any non-artificial damage, please contact us immediately for exchange or return procedures. For further details, please refer to our exchange and return policy.

Return and Exchange Instructions:
1. If the return or exchange process is not followed as instructed by our customer service advisor, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
2. Product returns must follow the instructions:
If you find any damaged products purchased from the Formulas website within 7 days, please contact us within 7 days and provide the order number for exchange (refer to the confirmation email received during purchase). Then, please kindly return the products to Formulas by post or in person within 7 days.
3. Please make sure the products and their packaging are intact, including unopened products and gifts (if any).
4. Each order is eligible for one-time return or exchange only. Before shipping, our staff conducts thorough quality checks. If you find quality issues or defects in the received goods, please notify us promptly to initiate the return or exchange process. To avoid disputes, please thoroughly inspect the returned goods and provide reasons for return or exchange, then repack the items properly and return the products back to us.
5. Once the return or exchange request is approved, our representative will contact you to arrange the procedures. You can visit our studio in person or arrange for a third-party logistics provider to handle the return or exchange.
6. Items that do not meet personal preferences or the products are opened for usage are not eligible for return or refund.
7. If you have sensitive skin, it is recommended to consult a doctor before purchasing products. Returns will not be accepted if customers experience skin allergy reactions to the purchased products.
8. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient's name, recipient's phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing orders online. Any costs incurred due to incorrect information leading to delayed delivery or third-party theft will be the customer's responsibility.
9. If the returned or exchanged goods do not meet the return or exchange requirements, we will return the goods to the delivery address provided by the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
10. If the returned or exchanged items are out of stock, Formulas will refund the full amount in store credit. Please return the goods promptly to avoid the out of stock situation.
11. After discussion with our representative, equivalent value items can be exchanged. If exchanging for an item of greater value than the original purchase amount, the price difference must be paid.
12. Overseas order return and exchange service: Before shipping, our store conducts thorough quality checks. If customers are still dissatisfied with the products, they can pay for the return shipping, contact our store to arrange for the refund process, and bear the round-trip shipping costs.
