To ensure fairness for all customers and maintain the sustainable development of our brand, please note the following return and exchange policies:
1. Application Period
- You are entitled to a 14-day product trial period, starting from the day you receive the items (based on the logistics delivery confirmation record).
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Remaining Volume: The product must retain at least 80% of its original volume. If the remaining amount is too low (e.g., the product is almost used up), we regret that we cannot accept the return or exchange.
- Packaging Requirement: Please retain the original outer packaging of the product (even if it has been opened).
- Purchase Limit: To prevent abuse, each customer (calculated per account and delivery address) can only enjoy this "14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee" once per specific product.
3. Return & Exchange Options (Choose One)
- Product Exchange: You may choose to exchange the item for another product of equal value. As a token of our appreciation for your support, customers who choose to exchange will receive an additional HK$20 shopping voucher (for your next purchase).
- Full Refund: We will refund the actual purchase amount of the product.
4. Logistics and Fees
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
- Administrative Fees: The original shipping fee and transaction handling fees charged by third-party payment platforms (if any) are non-refundable.
- Return Method: We recommend using a courier service with tracking. The brand cannot be held responsible if the product is damaged or lost during return transit.
5. Exclusions
- This guarantee does not apply to: Limited-edition sets, clearance items, gifts, promotional freebies, or consumable accessories.
- Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for packaging damage caused by human error (e.g., a broken bottle) or product spoilage due to improper storage.
6. Application Process

- Once confirmed by customer service, please send the product back to the designated address within 3 days.
